Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and intent-based clustering
• Oversee on-page SEO: meta tags, header optimization, content structuring, internal linking
• Perform detailed technical SEO audits and manage implementation with dev teams
• Lead backlink acquisition campaigns, white-hat outreach, and authority-building
• Track KPIs and conversions using GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs, Looker Studio
• Collaborate with content, design, and PPC teams to align SEO with digital goals
• Train and guide junior SEO team members when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of ranking websites and driving organic traffic
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl budget optimization
• Proficiency with: GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs
• Familiar with CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Joomla
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics, robots.txt, XML sitemaps
• Bonus: Experience with Local SEO, eCommerce, or International SEO
